For dinner, we offer a creative course meal made with an abundance of seasonal ingredients, including local vegetables and wild plants.For breakfast, we offer a nutritious Japanese breakfast made with plenty of local ingredients, such as locally grown Koshihikari, soft-boiled eggs boiled in Asagama, vegetables, and homemade Nozawa pickles.A Western breakfast can also be provided upon request.
